Technical Support

Seeking qualified individuals and businesses throughout the Lower Mainland for technical support work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • Certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, etc.
  • Driver's license valid in BC

Key Attributes:

  • Friendly and approachable
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Multiple languages

Key Experience:

  • Windows network management experience
  • Unix network management experience
  • Linux experience
